A couple of days ago our friend Ashleigh Bugg – who worked as a Student.go volunteer here in Slovakia this past summer – published an article on her blog Travel Bugg. It’s a thoughtful analysis of the situation of the Roma here in Slovakia as they struggle to remember/learn who they are. The article features Ana Koptova, a woman we highly respect, and tells stories of two schools where we’ve been working the last two years.
Take a few moments to read and to look at the beautiful pictures – you’ll be glad you did!
