A Word for Monday – “Catching Up”

So a quick glance down our page will show just how long it’s been since we’ve posted anything – we’ve either been traveling or hosting each week for the last five weeks.  Which leads us to a Slovak word we’ve recently learned, that accurately describes how we’ve been feeling…

“we’re catching up”

We look forward to sharing some of the many things we’ve been able to do over the last month and a half, but in the meantime please excuse our online absence as we get caught up!

Note: Despite the silly picture joke at right, the word above is only the verb “to catch up.”  The Slovak word for “ketchup” is almost the same as our English word – kečup  [keh-choop].
