It’s been a while since we posted, and it’s about time to show you some activities we’ve enjoyed over the last couple of months, both personal and ministry-related. Click on an image below to read more.

Jon attended a “prom” event for graduating students from the Roma high school in Kezmarok.
We participated in a Christmas Bazaar at Devleskero Kher church, where Roma families could buy clothes and Christmas gifts for very affordable prices.
And of course, our family prepared for Christmas in the usual ways. 🙂

The Christmas party for the boy’s discipleship group in Rankovce included singing, charades, and in indoor snowball fight.
We’re hoping that a puppet ministry can take off at the church soon.

The girls’ discipleship group in Rankovce continues to make creative crafts that teach a lesson.
We celebrate both Slovak and American traditions at Christmas, but we have some family traditions, too – like chocolate-covered peanut butter balls!
After Christmas we enjoyed a week-long visit by our friends the Normans, who work with CBF in Barcelona. What a fun and refreshing week!
Slovak winters are dark and cold… one of the perks is lots of chances to ski!
