Thursday Snapshot – Encouragement in the Mail

Once every few weeks we get a “pick-me-up” in the mail from the U.S. – a card, a drawing, maybe a special treat that reminds us that someone is thinking of us and praying for what God’s doing here.  This week we got a batch of cards from a Sunday School class at Westhaven Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Va.  Their class collects money for our ministry, and they pray for us and send us special reminders from time to time.  It’s a great reminder to us that what we do here, we don’t do alone – our work would not be possible without the prayers and gifts of so many people like you!
